Who you are booking with

Patrons' Pavilion hospitality at SandPolo 2027 is sold by TML Events Ltd, Flat 10 Leighton Lodge, 15 Branksome Wood Road, Bournemouth BH2 6BX, VAT registration number 270907106 ("we", "us"). These terms apply to Patrons' Pavilion bookings made on this website.

General admission and SandPolo Club tickets are sold through our ticketing partner Fixr. Those purchases are governed by Fixr's own terms and conditions, which are shown at their checkout.

Your booking

Patrons' Pavilion tables and seats are sold per day for Friday and Saturday of SandPolo 2027. A table seats ten guests. A booking is confirmed when full payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and you have received a confirmation email with your booking reference. While you are checking out, your table is held for a short period and released automatically if the booking is not completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is taken securely by card at the time of booking; we do not store your card details. Where a deposit option is offered, the balance must be paid by the date shown on your confirmation, and bookings with an unpaid balance after that date may be released for resale.

Guest information

The lead booker is responsible for providing guest names, dietary requirements and allergies through the secure link in their confirmation email before the guest-information deadline. We cannot guarantee that dietary requirements or allergies notified after the deadline can be catered for. Guests with severe allergies should speak to us directly before the event.

Changes and cancellations

Hospitality bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as catering and staffing are committed in advance. If you need to change the day of your booking or transfer it to someone else, contact us as early as possible and we will help where we can. If we have to cancel the event entirely, we will refund the amount you have paid for your hospitality booking.

The event

SandPolo takes place whatever the weather. Timings, match schedules, entertainment and lineups may change, and no individual player, artist or act is guaranteed to appear. Guests must be aged 18 or over unless we confirm otherwise in writing, must follow the reasonable instructions of event staff, and must comply with the site rules including the list of prohibited items published in our FAQs. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that puts others at risk or spoils their enjoyment, without a refund.

Photography

Photography and filming take place throughout the event for promotional use. By attending you accept that you may appear in those images.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with your booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Personal belongings are brought to the event at your own risk.

Your details

We use the details you give us to manage your booking and to look after you at the event, as set out in our privacy notice. Dietary and allergy information is treated as health data and is only seen by the team who need it.
